We fund projects that benefit the community as a whole — not just individual property owners — and that align with our mission to support the welfare, well-being, and shared enjoyment of Crystal Lakes.

Before You Submit

When preparing your idea or proposal, please consider:

  • Community Benefit: How will the project improve life for residents or visitors?

  • Feasibility: Can the project be completed with available community resources or partnerships?

  • Longevity: Will the project have a lasting positive impact?

  • Location: Is the project within the Crystal Lakes community area or on Association property?
